The Spring/Summer 2019 runway opened with designer Dan Liu masked and performing a samurai dance. What followed next were his signature cocktail dresses designed and inspired from his Japanese heritage — with lace, beading and Eastern inspired fabrics, the collection embodied a delicateness and true femininity ala Dan Liu.
