In an effort to support the designers and their brands, VRAI Magazine is pleased to be able to share this collection originally planned for the event with each of you.
We’re excited to share the MISTERGENTLEMAN Fall/Winter 2020 collection unveiled during Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo. The menswear line, created by the design duo of Takeshi Osumi and Yuichi Yoshii, represents a fusion of fabrics and styles that creates a distinctive point of view with a genderless appeal.
A touch of Boho artfully fuses with modern lines and silhouettes; fabrics from tartan, animal prints, faux leather and faux fur are blended in a rich and earthy, seasonal color palette with aqua blue accents. Knitwear, outerwear and turtleneck pieces are prevalent in the textural collection with accessories created in collaboration with SAKIAS in the form of long boots and in collaboration with Bijou R.I as seen in thin silver headbands with a dangling cross motif, earrings and pearl necklaces. This editor is looking forward to seeing more from this design duo in the seasons ahead.
