Discover the Michael DePaulo FW25 — Fall/Winter 2025 — “Mystical Garden” collection, inspired by an enchanted, dark surrealist garden, and unveiled at New York Fashion Week, on February 8, 2025.
Floral-inspired details adorn the romantic collection filled with vibrant colors, yet grounded in black and imbued with metallic and iridescent elements. Elegant gowns, cocktail dresses and a bridal gown, 16 looks in all, were presented within the Loft & Garden at Rockefeller Center. Intricate vine details, delicate floral appliqués and even silhouettes in the shape of flowers in bloom took center stage, creating a warm romance on a chilly February day.
DePaulo has created a magical collection worth diving into. For this editor, a favorite look is this subdued two-piece, mini dress, with striking boxy proportions, three-quarter sleeves, beautiful embroidered leaves, and white-pearl blossoms set on a nude fabric foundation. While it may be the most “quiet” look within the collection, the simplicity and execution are divine.
