For Spring/Summer 2023, the GmbH “Ghazal” collection unveiled at Paris Fashion Week represents a celebration of South Asian beauty and culture.
Creative Directors Benjamin A. Huseby and Serhat Isık collaborated with Syrian artist Abdelrazak Shaballot to create prints written in Arabic calligraphy using the words “Safe from Harm,” Wisdom” and “Knowledge.” Together with the South Asian inspiration, the modern and chic collection fuses sexy, urban styling with Asian style references.
The collection also included a collaboration with shoe brand Scholl — a range of sandals with technical mesh uppers.
