Genny FW25 at Milan Fashion Week

Creative Director Sara Cavazza Facchini takes inspiration from the Genny archives starting from 1962 to present day and presents a sophisticated, modern collection inspired by the ornamental tassel — a symbol of beauty and femininity.

We find a beautiful color palette ranging from black and white, midnight blue, crimson, and hints of blush and camel on expertly crafted pieces.

Metal tubing, also from the archives, serves as a modern form of “piping” while the tassel is a prominent element in many of the looks in the from of prints, flowing embellishments and accessory details.

Facchini also incorporates touches of tartan into the latest collection in several outwear pieces and jacket/skirt combinations for an added layer of “sharp” contrast to the delicate tassel and as visual texture.
