There is a level of sophisticated modernity blended with tailoring and unexpected sexiness. Rich green, fuschia, pops of lavender and a jolt of neon yellow are grounded with black as the color palette. What especially caught our eye were the looks with mesh fabric and strategically located fringe and threaded details for added levels of interest and uniqueness.
This is a brand we can’t wait to see again next season!

It was a showcase and celebration of all facets of a woman’s life–from work and play, to family and self focus.
Composed of separates and dresses that can be easily combined in various ways, the color pallete ranged from earthy tones to vivid florals. “I wanted to design from our origins of a west meets east coast sensibility, by integrating natural elements of the earth tones, floral patterns and silhouettes,” according to Minkoff.
The presentation also included accessories ranging from handbags in bright pops of neon, to shoes with pearl and bow details, to jewelry to complete each look.
And new for this season, Minkoff introduced “Little Minkoff”–eco-friendly kid’s clothing which uses a technology to help mitigate waste, labor and packaging through a block-chain traceability system. Garments are made only when an order is placed. The collection, which ranges in children’s sizes age 4 to 12, will launch February 2020 on www.littleminkoff.com.

With a color palette that opened up the runway with pink, mauve and coral, it evolved to darker, richer tones of blue to black with golden accents. Looks were complemented with punk hair styles and floral tattoos on the chest and arms to add an edge to an overall softer and delicately laced, themed collection.

While the runway was a celebration of women, male models also paraded down the runway in luxe outerwear befitting the season.
While the color palette was varied, there was an over-arching story of green hues woven throughout the collection. Fabrics ranged from jacquards, velvets and tweeds, to silk gazaar, laces and furs–when combined, were reinterpreted in new silhouettes for this new decade–the international roaring twenties.
