A Beautiful Exploration: Boutet Solanes SS23 at PFW

Discover the Boutet Solanes Spring/Summer 2023 collection unveiled at Paris Fashion Week. Created in 2020 by Coco Boutet and Jose Maria Solanes, the former is a designer trained at Celine, Louis Vuitton and Dior who is obsessed with minerals, and the latter, a photographer known for his confident portrayal of women and is fascinated with the yet to be discovered.
For this season, the duo created a collection based on a woman on who has set out on an exploration to find the next dazzling stone. Details of note include buttons created from stones, gemstone inspired organic prints, body suits to relaxed, flowing dresses which contrast with tailored jackets and shirting, organic and natural hues for the color palette, and all with a modernity in styling.
