The Future of Fashion: Ashlyn So SS24

At only 15 years of age, fashion designer (and accidental activist) Ashlyn So is already a seasoned pro at Fashion Week. For New York Fashion Week and her Spring/Summer 2024 collection, So unveiled a dramatic and futuristic styled collection with couture moments which walked the runway to close out the day on September 10, 2023.
While not only dreamy and sculptural, the collection is a representation of So’s battle against feeling unheard and unseen while carrying the weight of past traumas. Shimmery fabrics and layers of artfully sculpted organza turned into creations with motion and depth.
