Proceeds from the Area x myreality collaboration will go towards The Africa Center to further showcase the influence of people of African decent around the world.
In essence, the collection that paraded down the runway was architectural, tailored and a beautiful utilization of various techniques ranging from crochet, weaving and draping. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention the eye-catching heart-shaped motif executed in various show-stopping looks. This was not just a runway show, but rather art in motion.
