Maryling SS23 at MFW

For Spring/Summer 2023, the Maryling “Together We Are Stronger” collection unveiled at Milan Fashion Week is an ode to the light of summer and the power of water. Further inspiration is taken from historic, artistic couples: Josef and Anne Albers. Jean and Sophie Tauber Arp, and Sonia and Robert Delaunay.

The result is the use of abstract patterns and the incorporation of a range of shades from jade, indigo, peach to burnt mandarin, all while grounded in classic black and white. Florals and checks are also prevalent in the latest collection and together with the flowy fabrics, ruffled details and belted waists, we find ourselves admiring a a collection full of youthful romance and a quiet sophistication.
