Holiday Kitsch Meets Elevated Menswear — the Robyn Lynch SS23 Collection

For Spring/Summer 2023, designer Robyn Lynch was inspired by humorous graphics on a Mallorcan acid T-shirt purchased as a souvenir by her mother during holiday in 1983. The result is a bold fusion of joy, textured contrasts, touristy kitsch, and elevated, modern menswear looks which walked the catwalk of London Fashion Week in June 2022. Created in vivid orange, browns, and mustard yellow, the collection blends sustainable fabrics created from ocean waste and includes customized Crocs designed to match each look.
“After working with some incredible specialty brands for several seasons, I felt like this was the right time to refocus on my own creative expression and put to use all the knowledge we accumulated over the past years – on fabrications, technology and science behind them, as well as the utilitarian aspect of fashion. So I wanted this season to be injected with just as much fun as it is with fine textiles and carefully-crafted silhouettes.” — Robyn Lynch
